A Nice Stay with Highlights
The rooftop lounge offered fine views and fantastic music. We enjoyed a good breakfast buffet with an array of options, including sweet pastries and freshly squeezed juices. Don't miss the historical sites just a short walk away!

The breakfast was marvellous and satisfactory and had a wide array of options - fruit and meats. Staff were charming, room was exceptionally good with balconies too.

My partner and I had a delightful stay with a stunning view from our Classic King Room balcony. We enjoyed relaxing with a soothing massage and a refreshing facial during our downtime. The only minor hiccup was the slow WiFi at times, but overall, our experience was fantastic! 😊

Good breakfast. Majority of the catering staff is highly professional. Rooms are done well and on time.
Reception staff is absolutely unprofessional. Hardly understanding (not speaking) any foreign language while pretending to, so make sure they understood you if you ask them for something otherwise you may find yourself without a reservation for dinner while you think it is all fixed. Staff has worn out clothing thus making the impression of the faded elegancy. Room service food and drinks leftovers in the hallways are being matured for two-three days before taken away.

The room was not according to our expectation, I.E. worn out furnitures and the bathroom needs refurbishment. The beautiful photos of the room on your web page does not correspond to the reality. The web page refer to antique furnitures and some (unique?) chandeliers. The expression "antique" is pretty far streched. I consider the reference as a joke espescially conserning the minibar cover and the wardrobe cabinet.

Position. Public rooms
Shabby and tacky in many areas. Many components one or two star. Overall this is no more than 3 star hotel. Stayed in 4 other hotels in Italy, 3 or 4 star- all much better value than this tired place. Need to up grade dirty walls, scratched furniture, old fashioned TV, wavy floor carpet, chipped toilet seats etc.

the hotel was more like high class old style hotel. I personnaly prefer more modern hotels which was not available in the region we stayed. totally it was experience of its own
old style and bad cooling facility

The Junior King Suite was super spacious and comfy. The shower had awesome pressure, and I loved the big bottles of shampoo and body wash. Really nice touch with the free treats like cookies and fruit! The room was impeccably clean, and the balcony view was a nice bonus. Just could've used more lighting in certain areas, but overall pretty great!

The staff was wonderful. They were genuinely interested in helping us have a pleasant stay, as well as making the most of our time in Rome.
The hotel itself is not a high end hotel. There are a number of deferred maintenance items, and the interior is showing its wear and tear. If it were not for a pretty massive free upgrade in regards to our room, I would consider it to have been over priced.

Breakfast was nothing special. Annoying that I had to wait to check in. Fleeting visit so time was of the essence
